Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using ncsrp.xyz (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the website operated for North Carolina State Roleplay (“NCSRP,” “we,” “us”). Separate Discord server rules and Roblox experience rules may also apply when you participate in the community outside the Site.

The service

The Site provides community information, Discord-based sign-in, optional Roblox account linking used for Discord shop / game-pass claims, and a viewer for closed-ticket transcripts that you are authorized to see. The Site is a community tool; it is not a paid commercial product unless we expressly say otherwise.

Accounts

• You sign in with your own Discord account. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Linking Roblox is optional and uses Roblox OAuth. You must comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards. Link only an account you control.
• You are responsible for activity under your Discord (and linked Roblox) identity on the Site. Keep your Discord and Roblox accounts secure.
• You may unlink Roblox or log out at any time from Account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access transcripts, staff tools, or other users’ data without authorization
• Abuse, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site or related bot APIs
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Site to harass others, spam, or violate Discord or Roblox rules
• Misrepresent your identity or link a Roblox account you do not own
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend Site access, unlink accounts, or take other action (including Discord moderation) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or community rules.

Platform terms

Features that rely on Discord or Roblox are subject to those platforms’ terms and availability. We are not responsible for Discord or Roblox outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.

Content and transcripts

Ticket transcripts and related content are provided for legitimate community support and moderation purposes. If you can view a transcript, you must not share it publicly or with people who are not entitled to see it, unless staff expressly allow it.

Site branding, logos, and original materials belong to NCSRP or their respective owners. Discord and Roblox names and marks belong to their owners.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Roleplay, Discord, and Roblox participation are at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCSRP and its staff or operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, access, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $0, because the Site is provided as a free community service.

Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and acceptable use) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. This reflects the community’s branding and informal operation; it is not legal advice.
